You’ll get an instant confirmation email with your appointment details and signed agreement. If we’re supplying your paint, that email also includes a link to your paint selection form — pick your colors, sheen, and any per-room details — which we ask you to complete before your appointment date.

Yes. More than 7 days out, you can cancel for a full refund or reschedule at no charge. Between 2–7 days out, your deposit isn’t refundable but can be applied to one rescheduled appointment within 60 days. Inside 48 hours, or once we’ve purchased materials for your job — whichever comes first — the deposit is non-refundable and can’t be moved to a future date. Full terms are in the Painting Services Agreement you sign at checkout.

For exterior painting, we just need reasonable access to the property. For interior work, if you won’t be home, you’ll need to arrange access ahead of time — a key, lockbox, or garage code all work.

No cost to you. If weather means we need to move your appointment, we’ll reschedule at no charge and no penalty — your date and deposit are both protected.

Your choice. Have us provide the paint, or supply your own and save — your instant quote will show exactly how much you save by providing it yourself, before you ever book.
