These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of crushpainting.com and any quote, booking, or service you request from CRUSH Painting (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Quotes & Bookings
Quotes generated through our online calculator are estimates based on the information you provide (square footage, service type, add-ons, and similar details). Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs once we assess the job in person.
A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been received. Appointment times are reserved for confirmed bookings only.
Deposits & Payment
A deposit of 50% of your total project cost, with a minimum deposit of $200, is required to hold your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable except as described in the Rescheduling & Cancellations section below. The remaining balance is due upon substantial completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at Contact Us or Contact Us so we can accommodate you and keep our schedule accurate for other customers.
More than 7 days before your appointment, you’re eligible for a full refund of your deposit, or you may reschedule at no charge. Between 2 and 7 days before your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable but may be applied toward one rescheduled appointment within 60 days. Less than 48 hours before your appointment, or once we’ve purchased materials for your job — whichever comes first — your deposit is non-refundable and cannot be applied to a future appointment.
We may also need to reschedule your appointment due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. When we do, there is no cost or penalty to you — your date and deposit remain fully protected.
Pre-Purchased Paint & Discounts
If you choose to supply your own paint for your project, your instant quote will reflect the savings for providing it yourself. Paint must be purchased in the type and quantity we specify at booking, and must be on-site and ready before your scheduled start time — otherwise a rescheduling fee may apply.
Text Message & Email Communications
If you opt in to SMS reminders or provide your email during booking, you agree to receive appointment-related text messages and emails from us. Message and data rates may apply to SMS, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how we handle your information.
Service Area
We provide services within the greater Austin, Texas metropolitan area, including Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Leander, Kyle, Buda, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Spicewood, and Dripping Springs. Availability may vary by location.
Limitation of Liability
While we take great care in our work, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions of a property (such as underlying surface damage, mold, or structural issues) that are discovered or become apparent during the course of painting. Our total liability for any claim related to your project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. Any warranty on our workmanship will be as described in your specific project agreement.
Referral Program
If you refer a friend using a CRUSH Painting referral code, both parties may be eligible for a discount as described at the time of the offer. Referral discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
